How do I update my shipping address?

You can update your shipping details anytime through your account dashboard via the Stripe Customer Portal. Changes made after 20th of every month will apply to your next scheduled delivery to ensure your letter finds you at your new address.

When are the monthly letters shipped?

Letters are curated with intention and dispatched in the first week of every month. Domestic shipping (UK) typically takes 3-5 business days, while international friends can expect their letters in 7-14 business days.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Absolutely. You have full control over your membership. You can pause or cancel your monthly letters directly from your settings at any time, with no hidden fees or minimum commitments.

What exactly is included in each package?

Each month, you’ll receive a thoughtfully put-together letter including Elise’s artwork, a self-care ritual card, a simple snack and drink idea, plus a small surprise insert. Everything is assembled by hand, so no two envelopes are exactly the same.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship our letters to most countries worldwide. We believe mindfulness and nostalgia shouldn't have borders. International delivery times vary depending on the local postal service in your region.
